You can now use the Loan Search tool to look through current and previous Lending Club loans to see how they are doing. I'll be expanding on that tool more in the next couple weeks to offer additional data and analysis as well.

Lending Club recently made some changes to their data exports that has allowed me to enhance the listing browser significantly. The data there should now be updated daily, making it much more useful for browsing active listings. Also, I've added a lot more search criteria to the screen as well to allow you to filter down the listings even better than on the Lending Club site itself. If you have suggestions for additional search criteria you'd like to see, just let me know!

I've made some improvements to the loans by status chart today. I am now showing the distribution by dollar amount rather than by loan count as I was before. I've also added a table below it that shows the actual numbers behind the chart and how the loan statuses break down depending on the criteria you use. I'm expecting to make some significant improvements to the listing browser as well over the next week or so. Expect to see lots more search criteria as well as daily updates to the data instead of the weekly updates we have now.

The new loan application growth chart shows listing growth at Lending Club (slightly different than loan growth) but more interestingly, it also shows funding success rates for Lending Club loans. This can give you an idea of how many Lending Club borrowers are funded successfully.

I've just added a new interest rate history chart to the stats area of the site. This should give you a feel for what the average interest rates are across the credit grades and how that has changed over time. I've also made a few small improvements to the listing browser. For instance, it will now display the full loan description when you hover over the title. Great for getting a quick peek at the description without having to click through on each loan request.
